2. Nature of the Product
We sell software license keys for our WordPress plugin. No physical products are shipped. Access to the plugin file is provided digitally upon successful payment.
3. Payments and Checkout (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax calculation, and invoice generation.
4. License Grant & Restrictions
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the plugin according to the following terms:
- Subscription Type: Licenses are provided on a Monthly Subscription basis only.
- Usage Limit: Each license key is valid for one (1) website/domain only.
- No Transfers: Licenses are tied to the domain on which they are first activated. You may not reset the license to use on a different website. If you wish to use the plugin on a new domain, you must purchase a new license.
5. Subscription, Renewal & Grace Period
- Automatic Renewal: Your monthly subscription will renew automatically unless canceled.
- Payment Failure: If a renewal payment fails, you are granted a grace period of 3 days. During this time, the plugin will continue to function.
- Suspension: If payment is not successfully collected after the 3-day grace period, the license will be suspended, and the plugin functionality may be disabled until payment is resolved.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies and our specific terms:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Procedure: To request a refund, please contact us via our support email.
- Revocation: Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be immediately disabled.
7. Support
Support is provided strictly for customers with an active, paid subscription.
- Support includes assistance with plugin installation and configuration.
- If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will lose access to support services.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share, sell, sub-license, or distribute your license key to third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin code.
- Use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Bypass the license validation mechanisms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the product immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- We detect fraudulent activity regarding your purchase.
- Your subscription payment fails and the grace period elapses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our product after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
